Return the a priori knowledge of the orientation of Itokawa with respect to the inertial frame.

Note

This has nothing to do with the actual orientation frame of Itokawa. It is purely for simulation purposes.

Parameters:

date (datetime) – The data the orientation is desired

Returns:

the rotation from Itokawa to the inertial frame
